1. Spaghetti Bolognese

For its preparation you need 500 grams of spaghetti, 500 grams of veal, 5 large tomatoes, ½ liter of veal stock, 1 onion, 4 carrots, 1 clove of garlic, cumin, ½ tablespoon of nutmeg, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
The first thing to start with is to boil the spaghetti to cook it al dente. To do this, bring water to a boil and add a spoonful of grain salt. Then the pasta is put in and left to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. On the other hand, in a frying pan brown the carrot, the garlic and the finely chopped onion, and fry them until the onion is transparent.
Then add the minced meat and stir until, after 3 minutes, add the tomato and the spices. Then it is necessary to stir well until the ingredients are incorporated and mix with the veal broth.

2. Spaghetti with pesto and almonds

When the consistency is similar to a puree, add the almonds and Parmesan cheese to continue grinding. This sauce is added to the cooked spaghetti and served with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

3. Lemon spaghetti
